Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival Dubai

You’ll arrive at the Dubai International Airport in the morning. After being landed you will proceed directly to the Immigration. Customs and immigration are very quick and simple to deal with. Once you get there at the arrival lounge you’ll be met by our smart and friendly chauffeur who’ll guide you to your hotel.

Day 02: Half Day Dubai City Tour And Dinner In Dhow Cruise:

On day 2 you will be picked up from your hotel at  09:00 am & will be driven for a  half-day city tour of Dubai. The tour starts with a drive passing through Dubai Creek, Gold & Spice Souks, Dubai museum at Bastakia region,  Burj Khalifa,  Jumeirah Mosque, Burj Al Arab, The Jumeirah Palm Island,  beachside villas and apartments, water parks, marinas, shopping malls, restaurants, sports facilities, health spas, etc. You will be dropped at your hotel once the tour finish.

Explore the real exquisiteness of Dubai while onboard a traditionally embellished wooden dhow, as it cruises along the Dubai creek beneath the flashing moonlight. The past & present buildings of the region can be witnessed in their full flow including  Dubai Chamber of Commerce, the National Bank of Dubai,  Sheikh Saeed’s house and of course the Heritage Village. This memorable evening cruise encompasses a buffet dinner of wither oriental cuisine or continental. The trip also usually features different types of entertainment & typical Arabic background melody,  mineral water, and soft drinks, and international buffet dinner.

DAY 03: Arrival Muscat-Half Day Muscat City Tour:

Morning checks out hotel ( Standard Check-out time is 12:00hrs). Then you will be transferred to Dubai Airport for departure. After arriving at the  Muscat International Airport you will proceed directly to the Immigration. Customs and immigration are very quick and simple to deal with. Once you get there at the arrival lounge you’ll be met by our smart and friendly chauffeur who’ll guide you to our comfortable vehicle for a half-day Muscat city tour.

Your tour will start with a trip to the magnificent Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque which is one of the largest mosques found in the Oman. Afterward, you will be visiting to Bait Al Zubair Museum which is located in the heart of Muscat, Oman’s historic capital city. You’ll have great photo taking the opportunity at the abode of his Majesty Majesty Sultan Qaboos, the Al Alam Palace, which is bordered by the sixteenth-century  Portuguese citadels Mirani & Jalali. In the evening you’ll be ambling through Muttrah Souq, where you’ll be haggling for handicrafts & silver items.

Day 4: Muscat-Wadi Arbyeen-Bimmah Sink Hole-Wadi Shab-Wahiba Sands

On day 4 your tour guide will pick you up at 08:30am from your hotel. Our driver further to Wadi Arbaeen, and en route you will witness lush villages enclosed with lemon, dates and mango plantation. You’ll have photo shooting opportunities at each place. Finally, you’ll reach Wadi Arbaeen – a heaven like site in the center of the desolate & dry mountains. It’s one of the most gorgeous wadis & its pools are the perfect place for a refreshing dip after a tiresome journey.

On the seaside road, you will take a break at the limestone Sinkhole in Bimah & then carry on to Fins. Afterward, you will stop at Wadi Shab which entails a wadi amid the cliffs. Going up the wadi you’ll see pools emerging before you & you must relish an energizing swim in those pools. Then you will continue to the Wahiba Sands (the great desert of Oman). Soon you’ll come face-to-face with the massive desert & our veteran driver will drive you through the beautiful sand dunes to offer you an excitement of dune driving. Here you will also get the opportunity to meet the well-known Bedouin family and know more about their lives in the desert.  Thenceforth, you’ll say bye-bye to these desert inhabitants and will be driven to the campsite.

Buffet Dinner & Overnight Lodging at Desert Wahiba Sands:

Day 05: Wahiba Sands-Wadi Bani Khalid-Ibra-Muscat

Following an appetizing breakfast, you’ll leave behind this gorgeous desert & continue your trip to Wadi Bani Khalid. Take a dip in wadi’s crystal clear water, ideal site to shoot memorable photos of waterfalls and green pools.

Then in Muscat, there will be a stop at  Al Mudayrib and Ibra for an intimate glance at the watchtowers arrogantly looking over the stunning villages from the zenith of the hills.

Day 06:Arrival Salalah Airport-Half Daay Salalah City Tour-Transfer To Hotel:

After hotel checkout, you will be transferred to the Muscat International Airport for departure. After arriving at the  Salalah international airport you will proceed directly to the Immigration. Customs and immigration are very quick and simple to deal with. Once you get there at the arrival lounge you’ll be met by our smart and friendly chauffeur who’ll guide you to our comfortable vehicle to give you a ride to the Al Baleed museum of the Frankincense land. Open (Sat-Wed 8:00-14:00 & 16:00-20:00, Thu-Fri 16:00-20:00) the museum features a remarkable collection regarding the archaeological & maritime history of Oman. You will come across a variety of Omani crafts & incense burners in the Heritage Souk. After exploring the new souk you’ll have a great view of the Arabian market. A drive to the Gold souk will offer you modern & classical style Dhofari jewels. Haffah Souk is pretty eye-catching with its tiny shops lined with straight heaps of perfume boxes, clay perfume burners vibrantly embellished with classical patterns & bags of incense crystals.  On your way to Haffah Souk you can also see some regular  Dhofari homes with caravan doors and windows. Strolling past the Sultan Residential palace Al Husn, you will reach to the Old Souk where Frankincense, Dhofari typical garments and cosmetics are accessible. Before coming back to your hotel, pay a trip to the ancient metropolis of Zufar, the relics of Al Balid.

Day 07: Full Day East And West Salalah:

The trip starts in the morning at 08:00am with a tour to Taqah – an old fishing village popular for the making of ‘Dried Sardiness’ and its typical old Dhofari Houses. Also visit the age-old Taqah Castle and get a glance into the opulence history of the area.

Then continue to the ancient relics of the once popular metropolis of  Sumharam which was a vital harbor on the shore of Dhofar, and one of the main trading cities with frankincense.

On your way back to western Salalah, discover the ‘ever-green Wadi Darbat’ for a refreshing walk along the Wadi bed, enclosed by herds of cattle, goats and camels. Thenceforth continue to  Qara mountains to discover Salalah’s western part. On a route unwaveringly ending up a rigid slope, herds of cattle and camels are a familiar sight which offers a picturesque view of a typical Dhofari rural splendor.

Then continue to the beach of Mughsail where waves rupture through the natural titanic ‘Blow Holes’, at the far end of the ‘Rocky beach’ with a cave-like entranceway. Proceed along the ‘Hair-pin-bend’ trail towards the Western Border of Oman. With its fascinating cliffs on both side, to witness the famous ‘Frankincense Trees’ budding in their natural home. Take a brief stroll into the gorges to get a fragrance of the ‘ Holy  Incense’ surrounded by the pictures of the area. Now its time to return to the Salalah hotel.

Day 8: Final Departure To The Salalah Airport:

Departure transfers to Salalah Airport to catch your flight back home.
